Delete your RasoiOS Mess account
You can delete your account from the app, or on this page if you no longer have the app.
In the app
- Open RasoiOS Mess and go to More → Account.
- Tap Delete account and read the warning.
- Confirm with your password or the code we email you.
What happens
- Your account is deactivated immediately and every signed-in device is signed out.
- If you are the last owner of a mess, the mess is closed: staff accounts are deactivated, member phones and the Member Portal QR stop working.
- A paid RasoiOS plan that is set to renew must be cancelled first, so you are not charged again.
- After 30 days, names, phone numbers, email addresses and notes of the owner, staff and members are permanently anonymised.
- Invoices, payments and ledger entries keep their amounts and dates, without personal details, because financial records must be retained by law.
